The Australian Podiatry Association (NSW & ACT) Suite 20/450 Elizabeth Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010

There is a spacious, light and airy room available for hire which is ideal for meetings, workshops, media conferences and launches. A galley kitchen and facilities are available. There is also a large balcony that can be utilised.

The room can comfortably hold 60 for a standing cocktail event and 40 seated theatre style.

Room hire includes:

  • seating for up to 40 (theatre style)
  • lectern
  • Tables for board room or classroom style set up - up to 20 students
  • access to kitchen; microwave, coffee & tea making facilities,
  • cutlery, cups sauces, plates etc.

Costs:

Not for profit organisations:

Day rate: $165 Time: 8:30am to 5.00pm

Evening rate: $80 Time: 5.00pm to 10.00pm

$50 key bond


For profit organisations and individuals:

Day rate: $65 per hour max $495 Time: 8:30am to 5.00pm

Evening rate: $90 per hour Time: 5.00pm to 10.00pm

$50 key bond


APodA (NSW&ACT) Members:

Room and equipment hire are free to members** unless they are being used for a profit making enterprise in which case the cost will be:

Day rate: $30 per hour max $240 Time: 8.30am to 5.00pm

Evening rate: $40 per hour Time: 5.00pm to 10.00pm


Extras for hire:

Lap top - $20 per hour

Digital projector - $20 per hour

Massage tables - $5 each per day

** Does not apply to Non Practising, Honarary, Students and New Grad members.

Please note:

  • All kitchen utensils, including cups, plates etc must be washed up and put away and the kitchen and table tops left clean.
  • All electrical equipment including the urn must be turned off at the end of the meeting
  • The air conditioning and all lights must be turned off at the end of the meeting
  • The above rates do not include catering. A list of appropriate caterers can be provided if required.
  • The alarm must be set when leaving the property and the keys left in the letterbox
  • All monies must be paid in advance

We can provide referrals to catering companies if required.

Terms and Conditions:

1. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the estimated total value is required at time of booking.

2. The balance is payable prior to one (1) month of date of hire.

3. Cancellations prior to one (1) month of date of hire there is no extra charge.

4. Cancellations within one (1) month of the date of hire will require payment of the full amount.
